DELIVERY AREA
We deliver across the UK, with limited exceptions to remote locations, which includes outlying islands. All orders are despatched same day if placed before 3pm. Checkout options: Royal Mail 24hr and 48hr Tracked.

All quoted delivery times are based on “business days”, which excludes bank holidays and weekends.

Tracked/Next Day services are not guaranteed by the provider, just a guideline.

For next day delivery the order must be placed before 3pm for same day despatch.

Orders placed after 3pm Friday, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be sent out the next working business day.

All Orders placed on Next Day to All Northern Ireland Locations, Scottish Highlands Postcodes and all other Islands will be moved onto a 2 Day Service. As this is the quickest way to deliver to these areas. There is no postage refund available for next day to Northern Ireland/Highlands Postcodes where delivery is moved to a 2 day service.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. EXCHANGE POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION - The Small Print!
You can return/exchange items up to 30 days after receiving them.
If you are returning an item you MUST keep a postage receipt, if the items don't make it back to us we cannot give a refund or exchange if you can't produce this proof.
If you wish to return or exchange any items please request a Returns Form. This form includes full, detailed instructions on how to refund or exchange goods and a simple form to fill in. This allows us to quickly process your refund or exchange.
PLEASE BE AWARE - Products must be returned in a sellable condition including the original tags and packaging. If goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them we reserve the right to refuse any refund or exchange and the item(s) will be returned to the sender. This includes items contaminated with dog hair, make up, aftershave, perfume, deodorant and tobacco smells, and garments having evidence of having been washed etc.
